Many people believe that it is easier to have a healthy lifestyle in the countryside. Others believe that there are health benefits of living in cities. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
本次task 2属于雅思大作文议论文双边讨论类（Discuss both views + own opinion），话题类别--社会类（居住/生活方式）；题目给出两组对立看法，必须分别论证两边观点的合理性，再给出自己的独立看法，不能只写一方。内在逻辑：对比型——乡村、城市两个居住环境，围绕「健康」维度对比。

Introduction
It is often argued that rural living contributes to a healthier lifestyle, which is in contrast to the view that urban environments offer unique health advantages. While countryside life provides a cleaner and more relaxing living environment, I believe cities deliver superior medical and fitness resources that benefit people’s overall well-being.

Furthermore, quiet neighbourhoods and abundant green spaces help people relieve stress and anxiety effectively. Compared with urban citizens who face constant noise, crowds and work pressure, people living in rural regions enjoy a slower pace of life, which reduces the risk of mental exhaustion and burnout.

In addition, modern cities offer numerous public sports facilities, including gyms, swimming pools and sports centers, which encourage citizens to exercise regularly. Urban areas also promote health awareness through various public campaigns, enabling people to develop scientific living habits.

Conclusion
In my opinion, both living environments have distinct health advantages. While the countryside excels in providing a natural, low-stress and eco-friendly living atmosphere, cities ensure reliable medical support and systematic fitness resources. Therefore, urban living generally brings more tangible benefits for long-term public health, the elderly and people with chronic diseases in particular. A healthy lifestyle ultimately depends on personal habits rather than simply geographical location.
